Today we did some shared reading. We read a story together.
The title of the book is 'Bubbles'.
The author is Dot Meharry. She wrote the words.
The illustrator is Fraser Williamson. He drew the pictures.
Some of us are learning to look at the pictures for clues to help us work out what the words might say.
Some of us are learning to sound out the letters in a tricky word to help us figure it out.
Some of us are practising reading independently, with a smooth and interesting voice - like talking!
